Any person who enters into an agreement or purchase for services from The Beguiled Pen and its editors, artists, or any other affiliates agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Writers maintain all rights to their work, and The Beguiled Pen will not claim rights or distribute any work without exclusive written permission by the author.
2. All changes suggested by editors remain subject to the writer's approval. No guarantee of publication or increased reception is guaranteed by The Beguiled Pen.
3. The Beguiled Pen and its artists retain all rights to their illustrations and graphics, and author may not claim rights to or distribute artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with The Beguiled Pen.
4. The Beguiled Pen and its editors and artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
